Conclusion


This graph shows English class's students preference of mass media to inform themselves. There were five options: social networks, online newspaper, online independent journalism, newspaper and television or radio. 18 people answered the poll.
As we can see, people prefer to inform themselves by online independent journalism (72%). Meanwhile only three people prefer social medias, and one person chose online newspaper. Young people have been preferring online media. Easy access to these platforms makes people tend to choose them. That’s why newspaper has no vote in the poll.
Mistrust in traditional media (as television and radio) has made fewer people choose them to inform themselves. Young people has been criticizing and questioning the veracity of the news in television and radio. That can explain why people are choosing alternative media to inform themselves today.

About obesity and statal intervention

There is a growing trend to see obesity as a public health problem that requires state intervention while some people feel that this is a personal issue that should be resolved accordingly. How do you see this? Why obesity is a public health problem? Meanwhile unhealthy foods and eating in a fast food restaurant are more expensive than healthy ones, people would haven’t chance of being obese. For example, if you want to eat some crunchy and salad food, you easily can buy a cheap chips.
